Local fishing
The Denmark and Albany region offers not only some of the states best fishing experiences but some amazing and beautiful locations as well. We are blessed with a wide range of bays, beaches, inlets and rivers that are inhabited by many varieties of fresh and salt water fish.
Whether fishing from a boat, kayak or canoe or land based beach, riverbank or a rock platform, there are many ways to catch a feed or catch and release.
We have ample secure parking to trailer boats up to seven metres and we are well placed to fish offshore, the Wilson Inlet or the local Hay and Denmark Rivers.
Trailer boats up to six metres can be launched at Hartmans Beach (adjacent to Cosy Corner Beach). It is primarily made up of silica sand and is very firm at the waters edge. It is a popular boat launching area and allows good access to some excellent fishing grounds. All species can be caught here and distance is not an issue. Some of the biggest catches can be made just a few metres from the shoreline.

There is also a boat ramp 5 minutes away from Padma Chalets in the Nullaki Peninsula. Directions here
